I think this show points out many issues in society, particularly in Korea. As much as Attorney Jung wants to spend time with his ex-wife, the reality is that in Korea, to be successful especially in this job, there is no work life balance. I don't even mean to be successful in terms of being top of your game, but even to hold down a job and maintain control over your work deadlines, the demand is extreme. I think he really does love his ex-wife, but love is not enough for him to be able to manage both. This is feeding into the issue of why Korea has such low birth rates. People are getting married later or not at all and/or not having children. They can't afford the time and money to do so. With Youngwoo's reasoning, I think it's hearing what Attorney Jung's ex-wife said about feeling lonely which is also what her Dad said about being with someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder. On top of that, she overheard the conversation between Junho and his sister about making the other person happy and she feels that's hard for her too.

Just a thought....I love your reactions but sometimes the pausing right in the middle of certain scenes breaks up the emotions and flow so much which feels like every 5 seconds 😭. Espesh when Wes was talking all over the last plane scene, it's hard to get in the moment for ones who haven't watched and are watching along with you. Also that's Attorney woo singing the last song on the plane btw 💜

You guys have to watch "Hello My Twenties" - the actress who plays Woo is so fantastic & unrecognisable in her role in hello my twenties. I knew her from there and it was violently jarring to see how different her character/acting is in this series 😭😭💓 she is one of my favourite actresses

Another easy solution could’ve been, leaving the booth where it is but when they stop vehicles they ask if they’re visiting hwangjisa! If yes, they give them the pass n collect money. If not they get no ticket (pass). At hwangjisa temples set up a guard or temple monks work shifts to let people in to the people who have the passes! To me, it does sound like they’re gaining double benefits when there’s already budget allocated from the govt. for the maintenance n repairs.

I wish that they would just binge watch the last two episodes of Attorney Woo because the last one made me cry
