Serathim

Wirbel mentions his age not too long after this, but it wont be until early season 2 in the anime, since that's probably a couple years off I'll just let you know he's in his early 30's.

I actually dropped this show on this episode, because it started to irritate me how stupidly overpowered Fern is, but watching it with you guys, I think I can endure it. Kind of. Maybe 😅 I hope.

Me, talking to my mom about what I'm watching: They're a funny and sweet wholesome Christian couple to watch stuff with. Steph in every show: This guy's a dick, he should die. kill him! 🤣🤣🤣

That's a shame, it has a lot of interesting elements after this where it's more about learning to be a good made rather than a powerful one, which I think is the point of the show. I hope you start to enjoy it a bit more after this. Though there is something that happens that is significant so they have to show her full strength but it's not like what it has been of just Fern walking around being a secret demi-god lol I think the point is to show that all Fern knows from Frieren is how to be powerful, but this test is all about how to be a good mage even if they have little power, so it's a chance for her to learn that power isn't enough. There's another reason for this arc but it's a spoiler so this is all I can talk about. Anyway, I hope you start to see it in a new light. I honestly love the make up of this show. It's refreshing to see a story so focused on the characters themselves and not the plot, and shows a character growth unrelated to skill. :3 But if you decide its still not your thing, that's fair
