Patreon commissions and poll suggestions (Patreon)

Haven't made this post in a while but it's good to refresh things once in a while: if you're pledged to a tier that includes a monthly commission or poll suggestions, please connect your Discord account to Patreon to join our server, since I handle all commissions via Discord messages (they're faster, easier to keep track and to search).

If you're already there, just check the #commissions channel, you should have been pinged there.
