Kinktober leftovers? (Patreon)

I posted a preview for Kinktober's trap pic here on patreon a while ago but, while I was writing it, I decided to put an incest-but-not-really-incest spin to it and moved it to another day on the challenge. Someone ended up buying that day's slot, so I'm stuck with this half-finished caption.
