Doctors do talk with each other about their patients to get some other view of their case, but don't share personal information. More like a consultation.

Sweet Kicks- Thank you so much for your reactions for more Lucifer!! I am so happy you're continuing to love this show so, so much! And I really enjoy this episode! I especially love that Lucifer is now an official civilian consultant with the LAPD, officially making the Devil Chloe's new partner. Phenomenal! :) I love how the main storyline throughout this episode allows for Lucifer to come to see the potential consequences of his favors he offers to the humans. It's very interesting. And Lucifer realizes how the people like Chloe whom he's come to care about upon being fascinated by the changes they bring upon himself, are being affected by his actions in a way that he never really understood before. I really love his continued development as he slowly comes to understand our world, as well as human emotions. Also... I love how Lucifer defends Chloe the bar when thee other detective calls her Palmetto Bitch, which is absolutely wrong. Lucifer plays off his actions as though he isn't trying to defend Chloe's honor because she tells him flat out that she doesn't need to be defended, but I appreciate that he does so nonetheless. It's very chivalrous of him to do. Whether he realizes he punches the cop to be chivalrous or not. In regards to the case and their killer being Benny Choi and his partner... I really love the twist that it turns out to be Benny who sets everything up all along. I certainly didn't expect it to be him and his friend, so it's a great twist. The case itself is just okay, but as a whole, it's quite entertaining. As for Maze... she definitely cares about Lucifer in her own way, and she's his protector. Protecting Lucifer is her duty, especially now that she and Lucifer are living on Earth. However, she was never his protector from the humans before since he's immortal and can't be hurt by them, or at least until now as he appears to be changing in a way that is still a mystery to them both. Maze has joined Lucifer on Earth to protect him from unknown forces and potential dangers from Heaven and Hell. Angels have their own rules as to what they and cannot do, but it doesn't necessarily mean Lucifer isn't in danger because of them. Amenadiel wants to send his brother back to Hell, and Maze knows he'll do whatever he has to do. And he's not the only angel either. But with all of this being said... Maze is definitely jealous that Lucifer is so infatuated with Chloe, and more so... she feels threatened by Chloe. Which is why she appears in the end in front of Chloe in her house while she's sleeping, as she considers killing Chloe in order to end his infatuation. Thinking that by doing so, she would be protecting him from Chloe's influences. However, I believe she chooses not to hurt Chloe, because she knows very well that Lucifer would absolutely destroy her, or something worse if she were to ever try. Lucifer has already come to care about Chloe very much, which is very clear. And he would destroy anyone who hurts her. So Maze knows she has to be very careful with how she handles things. Amenadiel is very interesting, because we don't know at this point exactly what his plans are in order to get Lucifer to return to Hell, other than him coming to talk with Linda in order to try to learn more about Lucifer through her. And he appears to be going down a dangerous path more and more with every episode, which is intriguing. Like I mentioned above, angels have their rules that they must abide by, but exactly how far is Amenadiel willing to go? Yikes! He's certainly not the typical angel you would see in shows such as Touched By and Angel, that's for sure. And as for Dan... he's definitely not a bad guy. He's a good guy, who still cares about Chloe as a friend and as the mother of his daughter. Lucifer simply calls him Detective Douche because he doesn't like him, and he sees him as a bore. Plus... Lucifer's first impression of Dan was when Dan was warning Chloe to back off on a case in the Pilot episode. And Lucifer and Dan just don't get along the more they come to interact with one another. But Dan cares about Chloe, and cares deeply for his daughter. And he's a good detective. For the most part... I like him more and more with every episode. Not always, but he's a character that grows on you. And lastly... I love how Chloe always manages to tease Lucifer with false seduction, only to pull back and smile just when he thinks he's won her over. It's great. I absolutely love their dynamic! Overall... I enjoy this episode a lot. It's just a lot of fun. The case is really enjoyable overall, and Lucifer is hilarious throughout it. And this show is definitely a show people love because of all the characters, especially Lucifer himself. Each character has really amazing chemistry with one another. I can't wait for your reaction for the next episode!!! Until then... Thank you so much, my friend!!! Sincerely, Heidi
