Lol. If you are wondering that is the same actress that plays darla in buffy. Your memory is terrible There is a reason why the flashbacks were of Angeles in this episode. It is to show you that Angel wanted to die after he got his soul. He went through the motions of trying to be the monster angelus was but he could not go through with it. This is what happened to faith in buffy when she was her. That perspective changed her. It’s sort of a parallel. Getting buffy’s life was like getting a soul for her We saw her in buffy hate who she is after she got her body back. Angel recognized the signs of her wanting someone to kill her and her going through the motions. Because it’s easier to just die then live with what she’s done. She even made sure Angel found her and like you said she was being sloppy. It was a cry for help.

Faith is an interesting character, why do I love your distaste towards her? 🤣 Every time she comes on screen Sora be like: Girl... 🙄 Next episode is my favourite from Season 1!
