The adults in this one did such a great job at reverting the characters back to teendom. Love this ep.

"What does (the mayor) want to do that he wants Buffy out of it all costs?" Good question. That's a good question, why isn't anyone stepping in. A two adults just sitting there, not intervening for a child stuck in a dingy motel. I actually blame the writing here. it's usually fantastic but this just made no sense. that moment where you say "but she lied to her mom and told her she was going to be here." Enter Angels place reaction, that cracked me up. And the Giles is home topped it off. Again kudos for the Ranma edit on YouTube. 100% a mom and dad moment, probing they are Perfect for each other. And since you've seen season 3 I can say this: Darn embarrassment. They should have started dated within a few episodes over this. Instead she denies him access to Christmas! Darn it Whedon! Okay I feel better. "Giles doesn't smoke, does he?" LMAO and after seeing Buffy driving, I'm on her mom's side. Also that music Giles played makes me think of acid, Ms. Barton is the pot. Funny how a pair of handcuffs can alter the hotness meter. Between that and "talk British to me baby." We definitely hit the same wave length on these two.
