Amanda really believed that Percy and she were a team. She loved the fact that she is "the right hand" of the Division. And now... well, I guess, she feels betrayed. Just like Alex thinks Nikita betrayed her. And Percy is "betrayed" by Michael. As you can see the title of the episode is “Betrayals” lmao. Nikita and Alex's relationship are very deep. At this point their relationship is the heart of the show (i won't say about later seasons because spoilers). And I was so shocked the first I watched this episode. And the next one... Well, I can't wait to watch ;)
