This is the second time I've ever heard someone use the phrase "celestial birthday" as a substitute for death and the other person was white so I'm not sure it's something that has any basis in Asian culture. So Catherine's mom liked pineapple on her pizza...at least we know you think she's burning in the bad place lol. While you're right that cremation is the typical choice in Asian cultures, Catherine's mom was Asian American. Quite a big difference since there's no telling how much of her culture Vanessa was imparted with. My late stepmother, while born in the United States, had Japanese parents, yet she was Christian and knew less about Japanese culture and language than I did. I have to imagine Catherine told Gabe he was the target of the assassin while they were waiting for the cops to show up. My question is, without having any idea where Catherine might be, how did Vincent track her down and get to her location on foot so quickly?
