It was a very calm episode. But I was glad to see Ryan again. And i can't wait for the next 2 episodes! And about the episode itself. I agree with you about Nathan. I can understand that Nikita wants Alex to live a normal life. But she can't. Alex needs to be careful. And that’s why I agree with Michael’s cold but effective fatherly methods lol. It was a magical wig lol. An ugly magical wig.

So Nikita's alias, Josephine, and her wig are actually homages to the original 1990 film La Femme Nikita. In the original film, Nikita uses Josephine as an alias also and the wig is the hairstyle Nikita has in the film.
