"Who is this guy?" That was Ron. He was in the pilot:) The recruits are told that these targets are dangerous people. I believe Michael also likes to think that way. And they are dangerous in some way honestly. I mean, you are right. Everyone here are not perfectly good people. Most of them are evil. Some of them are less evil, the other one are more. Now you met Ari Tasarov. The first half of season one made a good job with introducing to us some important characters. There are 4 seasons (6 episodes in the season four). And the show ended great. I cried lol. But yes, the Division is a big part of the show and Nikita can't fight them forever... Or can she? Hm.

I know I'm way far behind in making these comments, but the saying in English is, "practice makes perfect." A mentee is someone that trains under a mentor. There is no front pocket on the front of suit jackets. The flaps in that location are merely decorative. I do find it funny that on three separate occasions Nikita could've and should've easily been killed, including by an agent on his second mission.
