The actor you're thinking of is David Coulier who played Joey Gladstone in Full House. "Are you made of...WOOD?" Hindsight is 20/20 in this case. Put yourself in Calanthe's place. A man you hate comes to take Floki because he says it's destiny and she's not safe staying with you even though you raised her. The last time you listen led to this man about destiny, Kori died. You truly believe you can keep Floki safe. What would you do? Yennefer's scenes are taking place after she's met Geralt. I'm not sure how much time has passed since the dragon hunt. At least a week. Yennefer didn't know or understand the price of her beauty until after it happened. That's why she blames the Chapter, because they weren't fully forthcoming and honest with her. Hence her comment to Vilgefort when she learns he manipulated her into coming to Aretuza that the place is built out of bullshit. I suggest once you watch the season finale, watching the entire season again when you have the time now that you kinda have an idea how the timeline unfolds. I don't wanna risk spoiling anything for next episode, so I'll avoid talking about the timeline in depth until next episode.
