Alex stayed in the Operation Room with Birkoff because Michael let her. He said she deserved it for helping them. So she distracted Birkhoff and called the cops. It is interesting that she and Nikita came to the same decision and it is to call the police. Looks like Alex spent too much time with Nikita :) I like this blonde girl - Jill - in the episode. She seems so nice and kind. Thanks for your reaction, Sora!:)
