Discord problems (Patreon)

Hi guys!!

I have the Discord channel linked to my Patreon and its supposed to automatically add you (if you have Discord) but since I have a few Patreons in the Discord tier but none in my Discord Channel I decided to add the link here, maybe Patreon is not adding you automatically :/ I dont know
