I wanted to share this beautiful article with you all. It touches on productivity and structuring your schedule to make a better life for you. I love reading these types articles and trying out what inspires me so that I can spark creativity and be happier about my days. 1) Protect your mornings and do what’s important- don’t waste your energy. 2) Play. We don’t get enough in my opinion. Even as adults play is important for creativity and to recuperate energy and inspiration. I won’t be sharing too much of these with you - noone liked to be “force fed “ inspiration. But I am trying to work on myself as always. I read this today and Those points are my two favorites from the article. :)

This Morning Routine will Save You 20+ Hours Per Week

The traditional 9-5 workday is poorly structured for high productivity. Perhaps when most work was physical labor, but not in the knowledge working world we now live in. Although this may be obvious based on people's mediocre performance, addiction to stimulants, lack of engagement, and the fact that most people hate their jobs - now there's loads of scientific evidence you can't ignore.

Your affirmations and other videos with such wise advices are also very inspirational and helpful. My beloved attitude of gratitude I try to practice every day thanks to you :) And other things such as early morning awakenings, etc (one time in one video I'd heard that you get up in 4:30AM and I was SO motivated by this! And I still am. No article could do this to me, although I've read many.) These things really make a serious difference in life quality. It's very cool. Thank you.

Wait, there's numbers? Mine are more like, 1) Fall out of bed. 2) What planet is this? 3) Where's my pipe? 4) Who messed this place up?! 5) Oh... I did.
