Important Notice! (Patreon)

(This is for Apple/iOS users. People subscribed that make payments on Android/website can ignore this post)

The changes only apply from 4th November 2024.

Basically, Apple is forcing Patreon to change their in-app purchase system which has led to the prices of tiers on iOS increase by around 30% to make up for the App Store fee to all new members.

There are two methods in avoid paying for this fee. (This is only for new members starting November 4th 2024, I know most of you are continuing to stay so this change isn't applicable to you so you don't have to worry)

I know many of you are subscribed to other Patreon creators so be aware this also applies to every Patreon creator there is.

1) - This change will only affect new members. So, if you don't cancel the membership, the prices will not change. Make sure to check though!

I know some of you guys like to cancel and come back a month or two later so for you guys if you cancel your membership after 4th November 2024 you can follow this second method

2) - Re-subscribe through the website, it can be on iOS but not the Patreon app itself, Safari or Google Chrome (or whatever web browser you use on your phone) will have you avoid the inflated fee.
