Suzanne Raymonde is a young French woman who grew up admiring Elisa Deroche, the first woman pilot.

A day before her wedding, Suzanne was involved in a flying accident in what she describes as "a storm of many colours".

Her plane crashed, but she suffered no major injuries and showed signs of a speedy recovery once admitted to hospital in St Cloud.
