A Journey Through Iona Pages 1-2 *WIP Sketches* (Patreon)

So begins the non-canon spinoff from Taking A Dip. It's kinda funny, many manga artist excel in coming up with new designs for characters, but for me it was always a drag. It feels like it SHOULD be fun to do, but when I actually have to do it, like in the first panel here, I feel completely disconnected.

Funnily, the tree root hole in the last panel? No matter what I tried, it always ended up looking like a vagina until I had to look up some references.

As for the gun I will talk a bit more about it in the colored WIP upload. That's when I will also add the character concept sketches. It was quite a hectic start of the month(as is typical for me and december for some reason) thus it needs some touching up before I can show it to you.
