The first place this time is the second place from last time, he resubmitted his entry and this time won. The 2nd place entry was from the person who won last time.

Just like last time, the second place gets an artwork, the first place gets a short comic.

As the title suggest, this is at a convention, meaning even though i have a "no fanart" rule, it technically doesn't apply here, but the story would show them to be quite clearly just cosplayers(and i will do the same here in the finished product. The "superman" won't really look like superman, just like how Giganta here won't look like the real Giganta, other than the costumes of course)
