Formally, they are “The three nurses helming the operations at the Vita-Domain Medical Research Facility owned and operated by Hyves Corporation with the backing of the Viscanta government.” But that’s really long so we call them the nurse trio.

デトリ (Hepburn: Detori)

(Detori), is in charge of dispensing medication and monitoring intake of said medication of all Experimental Subjects and regular patients within the facility. 

シンダ (Hepburn: Shinda)

(Shinda) holds the position of Senior Nursing Officer at the Vita-Domain. She is responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications and supply requests with the outside world. Working closely with Detori and Dust, she maintains a strict order within the facility. 

In order to ensure safety and maintain control within the facility, Shinda, Detori, and Dust are issued handguns specifically designed to kill humans within the Vita-Domain where supernatural healing impedes standard methods of neutralization and are given absolute authorization to fire at will.

They currently do not have English names. They might just become Detori and Shinda since I kinda like their names but who knows.
