2020 Patreon Tier Update (Patreon)

Vilserio and thank you all for your support as always! When we first started Patreon in April of 2015 we didn't really think it would last this long. AiD's Patreon will be celebrating its 5th anniversary soon, and we're kinda blown away at how fast time has gone by. Thanks to your continued support, we have managed to survive this long even with the massive logistics blunder that was StP (still going to happen btw, just on hiatus). We really can't appreciate how much of a help you all have been. At AiD, we want to return the favor and make it easier for new fans to enjoy our Patreon content, so we've decided to make some updates to our tiers and rewards. For you lazy folks that don't want to read a massive thread, here is the TLDR.

Updates Overview!

　Some of you may have noticed already, but we've been experimenting with updating the monthly art to 2 pieces a month. We're going to do this as a standard monthly cycle now! 

　This might include promotional artwork, the usual monthly art, or something completely different, like a video we've made. You'll receive your reward via DM at the beginning of the month (give or take a few days).

　We're trying to make it as easy as people for people in the $50 range to just download all arts and rewards at once. There are 2 options we can take, a Dropbox route with super-compressed Zipped files or attachments via a special Patreon post. Either case, those in the $50 will find out soon.

　In order to clean up our tier listings, we're deprecating the title of this tier, but fear not! It's still here and the frequency of the update articles we'll share will not change. It just no longer will be shown on top page.

　Hare Konatsu's art mumbles. After 5 years, she now finally has the courage to share her mumbles with the English audience. Mumble mumble.

Other Intermittent Rewards

• WiP, practice sketches, random videos, the usual updates we've been doing!
• Free distribution of the Patreon Art Book (for continuing supporters). 

We've always wanted to figure out a kickass way to thank our long time supporters but this was always difficult because it was impractical to track everyone and how long they have been patrons. That was... till now. We now have a system in place to do just that! Starting from next month (so April) we're going to try a new gamified way to reward long time patrons for their awesome-possum dedication to fault and AiD. We'll have 2-3 physical rewards that you can choose from that we will make at the end of the cycle! These will be super exclusive goods that we will physically make and ship out to our long term patrons. We're thinking of stuff like sealings stamps and phone cases - items we've vetted in the past and are pretty confident they shouldn't take too much effort to make to the point where it will take away time from the production of fault but be an awesome item to receive as a gift.

More info on this in a later post as it requires some logistics but we are super excited about this one ;)
