if i’m not wearing my shorty shorts i will wear sweat pants, but i often see ppl work out in leggings/bike shorts. i hate both of those things but would the tight pants make my workouts more efficient ? lmk

nvm I retract my statement apparently they're not just to soak up sweat but actually do help with blood circulation and recovery like the other dude said. just learned that lmao.
