Here's the no F-bomb, no nudity and no severe gore & violence version of the second Alien video (first posted on Friday the 11th: this isn't new, just the 'clean' version). It's about to go public on YouTube so fingers crossed!

Borrowing Blockbusters: The Best Worst Alien Knock Offs of the 1990s and Beyond

'Roger Corman's Revenge' would have been a shorter title. The second and final part of this deep dive into B-movies influenced by 'Alien'. I know 'Creatures of the Abyss' isn’t an Alien knock off, but it is a masterpiece and it has much in common. More importantly I didn't want to start with 'Alien Terminator' because it's rubbish. That's fair enough. It's been interesting doing two versions. There are only a handful of times when the ability to show more gore and violence has made a sequence better. It's more that I'm paranoid about getting age-restricted so play it quite safe. And I don't think nudity adds anything more than freedom (you don't lose the effect/joke by black boxing). I found it's the swearing that's the biggest compromise. When you lose an F-bomb you lose the impact, rhythm and humorous excess that comes with it.
