Okay, so technically not a mammary per se, but enjoy this vid from the newest update of The Pill!

Some people said that the previous version of Trish growing for the first time wasn't quite clear enough, which is fair enough, as the camera changes as she is growing, so the effect isn't quite as pronounced as it could be.

So enjoy the remade version of Trish taking 1 tall pill in HIGH DEF! (def ...def .......def).

I'm still working on the second reward for this month, which will be a self contained comic. Next month will be planning into the next update for The Pill, along with the next ep of 'Cursed'.

With the new update, I have to say that "Trish Tall" has to be the most updated transformation scene out of all the others. I think this is the only one I can think of that has been remade THREE TIMES! That's just crazy.

This is a true thing. In fact it may have even been updated more than that! It started with the non-dynamic BG, was re-done with a dynamic camera, re-done again because growth didn't read well, and again to go HD, and again to do HD with the new background!

Do you have a cheat sheet or guide on how to unlock all the endings in the latest version of the Pill? I cant for the life of me figure out how to get the last ending in Belle's story.

Not sure what you mean by that as yes she does grow to a giantess but it's not animated. That one would be top on my list to see.

The next step for The Pill is to adapt all the endings from text into animations (It was the 1500 Patron commuity goal). First up is Belle, but in time Trish will get the treatment as well.
