Hey guys!!! so happy to bring you guys!!! THE PENGUIN!!! at first i wanted to make just the gotham knight version because i liked how well he looked, but..... he was..... too fat and small for gta to handle lol, he's size didnt fit in and worked and looked weird so then i looked him in the face and was like - " GOD DAMN HE LOOKS JUST LIKE COLIN FARRLE" and thats where this came from lol, looks pretty good in my opinion for something i cooked up last min but he's also rigged!! in case any of you like to make videos and stuff!! and enjoy :)
