August Update (Patreon)

Greetings, perverts and pervettes.

The last couple months have been crazy busy for me. The upcoming month is still probably going to be busy, but less so. The real time sucks are behind me so I can get a little ahead, although I’m still pretty busy in general. I like to keep myself as busy as possible.

For Harem Camp I’ve settled into a rhythm where each update alternates between either the first set of girls (Clare, Lucy, Amanda and Ms. Vandenberg) and the second set of girls (Sally, Alexa, Vanessa and Roz). Last time around the content focused on the second set of girls, so this update is focusing on the first set (plus Laura, if you didn’t kick her out of the camp).

Clare’s content will focus on her position within the Harem. There’s a bit of a conflict brewing between her and Ms. Vandenberg. It’s obvious to Clare that Ms. V has some nefarious plans to use your power for her benefit, perhaps to top from the bottom, and she’s doesn’t want to let that happen. You, of course will have the veto power over this.

Lucy’s content will focus on developing her card game mastery. If you’ve unlocked Vanessa she’ll be along for the ride. If not, there will be subtle differences in potential scenes. We will be learning more about Marjory Santoro, the girl Lucy had some kind of conflict with back in the real world.

Amanda’s content will focus on her continuing to learn about magick. There was a tiny nub of content in the last release where you could find a new shop/a potential teacher for Amanda, but now there’s going to be some quest content there. That’s going to plant some plot nuggets for future releases.

Ms. V’s content will be kind of the opposite side of Clare’s content. While Clare wants you to decide what you want to do, Ms. V wants to help you develop your powers and your corruption, and make sure she’s the top girl.

I’m also going to include some Laura content. This is going to explore the limits of just how confidently you can tell reality what to do.

There’s also going to be some new locations to explore and some new content for some side girls. Exactly how far I get with that will depend on how many renders I manage to get together (this has been going rather well, but the renders I have already won’t do with Patreon’s rules about public posting of images).

I continue to have a lot of fun writing content for Harem Camp. For most of my games I planned them for around 10 releases. Harem Camp is deliberately open ended, so even though I’m rounding when I usually plan to be done I’m nowhere near any such thing. I still have a lot of plans and a lot of ideas that aren’t fleshed out and I want to keep working on it. Between that and Sugar and Spice, that’s providing me with a good counterpoint so I still feel very creative and fresh.

I’m shooting to have the prerelease done for the 20th, so expect it that weekend I guess.
