Welp, the poll I ran for what game I should focus on for November came up a tie between Goodnight Kiss 2 and a potential new game, Runaway.
So I guess I'm doing both.
Runaway has it's skeleton already mostly in place. My time will be split between design and writing. It will ultimately be a smaller, more constrained experience, akin to the single girl trainer-type games. Update wise it's probably going to be done faster than the typical 10 release cycle I've stuck to with GNK, PoC and GNK2. I'm very excited about this and looking forward to everyone seeing what I come up with.
The update for GNK2 will be a little more modest than usual, more of an added feature that is present in a lot of these types of games (and was a part of the original GNK): a texting system. There's already hints of this present in GNK2. I'm gonna flesh it out and add a bunch of content there. The next version will be 5.5 to reflect this.
