Added a set of skin textures without tattoos.

You can replace it manually.

Thank you for making this an option. The only criticism I would have is the tattoos cut off at the torso abruptly when I believe they would carry downward past the hips a bit.

Because there is no hip in the game, I had to cut it off. Maybe I should paint some by myself haha
