"How strong is Lilly?"
This strong. Stack 18 plates, walk into the rack from behind while lifting the bar, curl for 12 reps, walk back and rack the bar. Rinse, wash, repeat. The hardest part about training arms is that she's too wide and has to turn to get in the rack like this, so she has to walk with the loaded bar while swinging it as she turns.
She trains arms every day, just enough to get the veins showing in the morning if it's not arm day, and a whole lot more if it really is arm day. So technically, every day is leg day (for real), every day is arm day (kinda), and then...whatever else she has/wants to train.
(And the gloves are "custom". Her mom sends her lifting gloves every now and then with her name hand-stitched on as a sign of support. Lilly's got more of them than she knows what to do with at this point.)
