Lilly's boss likes to send her to big meetings and conferences. From her perspective, it's because she's a hard worker, but to him, she's his "alpha predator" that screws the competition. While Lilly's most obvious strength is her...strength, she has the brains to match her colossal body. It's extremely rare that she isn't the smartest person in the room, and even her boss perceives her as a potential career threat someday. Her appearance catches people off guard and distracts them, and has a natural air of extreme intimidation despite her short stature. She's bizarrely friendly to everyone as well, which sets up people to feed her information that isn't harmful to their companies on its face, but can be devastating in her hands. Her boss knows that she has some serious chinks in her armor between her obsessive need for perfection and her tendency to take even minor mistakes to heart, but so far no one's been able to exploit that about her (or maybe no one else has even noticed yet). As far as the boss is concerned, the competition needs to be on their A game to stand a chance with her, and no one's even remotely ready for his "alpha" when she waddles into the room.

(And no, she isn't sitting on one invincible chair. She's a bit of a furniture hog thanks to those legs.)
