Pretty sure this is the last of my practice for the month. Trying to approach the digital marker more like an actual Copic. Tutorials for real Copics aren't super insightful on how the real deal works, but I found some nice commentary where an illustrator was just casually talking about their marker set and I think it might have given me some more insight. Digital tool users tend to default to "I use the airbrush in Photoshop," but I'd like to know how all these tools actually work beyond making plastic-y skin for DA with an airbrush.

I'm swiping right as hard as I can over here, hoping for a match! I dont care if dinner costs $300 to support her appetite, I'm down. Great shading and her chest looks awesome :) You're getting better!!!

lol Does this really look like a "take me out to dinner" type of profile pic? And thanks, that's why I practice...and practice...and practice...for years...T_T I thought this was easier than buying art. lolwtf is wrong with me. xD

Konotomo (Milkrules-sama)

You're right. It looks more like a "feed me 16 steaks in bed and you'll get lucky kind of look lol. And you've been making great strides with all the practice! I'm gonna stay firmly in the buying art camp, at least for illustrations and not the literature I write lol. Your recent focus on vascularity btw has been really cool and nice! Still swiping right btw.

My "focus on vascularity?" ...Yeah, my totally intentional focus on vascularity! That's absolutely, 100% something I was trying to improve on. No way that I just kinda did it without thinking too hard about it, no siree Bob. I definitely wasn't just playing with the marker tool trying to make her look more beefy and 3D. ^_^;

Well you definitely succeeded. :) And take a look back at your like last month and a half. More veins popping out than ever before lol. I love it and it's been looking great. Intentional or not, you're doing stuff right.

If I take her out for dinner I would definitely need to check my wallet first. I love how coquettish she looks.
