Pending Commissions (Patreon)

I've had some big changes in my life (nothing bad, don't worry), but realistically I won't catch up on those old commissions. I've started issuing refunds for the pending ones. There's only a couple of you guys, but they should be done soon. Refunds come out of the Patron balance on my account here, so I have to wait until the start of September to round out the last ones. You can message me your Paypal if you want and I'll just send the refunds that way instead of you guys waiting.
