Mega64 Version 2, Episode 01: "This Story Is Happy End" 2005 (Episode produced in 2005, released on DVD in 2006 (Mega64: Version 2).

Written/Directed by Derrick Acosta

The season premiere of the Mega64 series' second season: Rocko and Derek, still stuck in the beta-testing dungeon, escalate their plans to escape, while Dr. Poque develops plans for behavioral modification programs... in between some Ghosts N Goblins and GTA??

PRODUCTION NOTES:

-Title comes from a quote from Ghosts N Goblins- literally all it gives you for beating the game.

-The Super Mario Bros. 2 skit is the first Mega64 video not filmed in California. It was shot in Kansas City, Missouri (home of our DVD distributor) along with the Katamari Damacy and original Resident Evil videos.

-The Ghosts N Goblins and Hitman skits were originally released on DVD with select issues of Electronic Gaming Monthly in 2004.

-The man during the GTA segment did not understand what was happening and ended up brandishing an actual weapon once filming was over.

NEXT TIME: Rocko and Derek have a clear and precise plan to escape- and time is of the essence- especially when Dr. Poque is distracted with... a girl he met on MeinSpace?  It's all that and Luigi exploring a real haunted house in the next episode "Ode To Sue!"
