We're almost there!!! (Patreon)

Thanks to your generosity and contributions here on Patreon, we are extremely close to the next ThreatWire Alliance goal which will introduce new merch rewards and a new audio podcast!!!

I am SO excited. I've been dreaming about starting an audio podcast that's longer format and invites on experts and goes into more detail on security and privacy... for YEARS! There is just so much news to cover each week and I often find myself wanting to write more than just the three I cover on ThreatWire. 

The shirt I'm wearing in this photo is from https://morsecode.creator-spring.com/ but I'll be introducing new designs that are Patreon exclusive once we hit that goal. This will offset the cost of manufacturing swag and will allow me to keep offering physical rewards without the burden of packaging and shipping on my own.

The other photo on this update is a little teaser for the basement!! You've already seen this photo if you're on the Discord, but this is the Cat6 ethernet cabling we ran in my basement before the construction begins. Huge shoutout to Gabe for helping me run the cables and showing me how to do it properly!

This week the construction company is dropping off materials to start framing the basement. This was my most recent public video about the basement studio build: https://youtu.be/R7-GWY2XYp0 - This is one of those upgrades that wouldn't be remotely possible if not for Patreon supporters. My personal channel also just hit 50000 subscribers!!! That's amazingly awesome so I'll be posting a celebratory giveaway on that channel soon.

I know I didn't do the normal Q&A and Hangout last month. I totally forgot to schedule them with all the basement studio stuff going on, so I'm scheduling TWO this month to make up for missing last month. Keep an eye out for those.

In the meantime, we have a ton to look forward to. I'm excited for all the upcoming upgrades and changes and goals to-be-met. It's all positive and pushes this show to the next level!
