I only have one bathroom but similar to a guest bathroom the ceiling is lower then the rest of the apartment. That just means I can reach up and no matter how intelligent or wide eyed the bird I can see I can swat it away. My real issue is that I have this really noisy vent fan in the side of that wet wall facing out vertical and it clacks a lot. Either that or it a mouse in the walls that scratches at the vent. I can hear from my room when I'm not in there. Never had any issues but noises that said my nosy neighbors complain of even just my box fan which is much quieter that I use to sooth myself. Can anyone detect any other intrusions of privacy. -sigh

The bird is cute, but all I see in this is the signs of a mad damp problem on the wall in the background. I hope they rent.
