Any Spectre or Meltdown upgrade issues you've experienced? Intel put out a PR notice, saying to halt any upgrades until they're able to solve the issues with the current patches. I haven't patched yet, so I've not experienced any problems, but have you?

In two of the schools I work in, and only on Windows 10 machines, after updating they come back with "have lost the trust of the server" and have to be fixed to be back on the domain again. Bar that, nothing major. The updates in the schools happen automatically overnight, as mainly if it was left to be done manually, it never would.

My company is an MSP, we are busy gathering information regarding the various clients and the patches that would be required for them. One may hope that account managers move the last server 2003 clients to new environments.

That's good. Patrick Norton did an update and got the dreaded red screen of death on his Win 10 box

My 2013 iMac seems OK. All upgrades were installed when they appeared.

We've applied Meltdown patches at work, and so far everything seems fine. We have enough excess that we haven't noticed any major slowdowns, but we need to do some stress testing to be able to see if our current maximum performance has actually dropped significantly. At home, now that Apple has finally released the update for Sierra and officially released the iOS and watchOS updates, I will be applying those soon.

So far no issues with my Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series 2-in-1 laptop. On another PC (older) there isn't any bios firmware updates available... so therefore time for new PC build. Just waiting for those graphic cards to go down on price... I hope!!

Same. My home edit PC needs an upgrade, but I'm holding off til GPUs are reasonable again.
