Net Neutrality Needs Our Attention (Patreon)

Threat Wire was first created way back in 2012, and as Net Neutrality was originally on the chopping block, we did our part to share the knowledge as much as we could to keep our internet free and open. We won the fight a few years ago, and we've been brought to the front lines again.

Net Neutrality is extremely important to us. It's the reason why we're able to create free content for everyone, without being stopped by a power with full wallets. It's the reason why we're able to grow a community of a free forum, and why we're been able to build an online store to help information security professionals do their job to keep us secure. Hak5, Threat Wire, and HakTip content (our three shows available on youtube.com/hak5), has been used in class rooms across the globe to teach network security and privacy.

Today, we continue the fight against the powers that be, to ensure our continued freedom to bring you content every week, to build our careers around something we're so passionate about, and to continue influencing younger generations to get into infosec as a future career, which we, as humans, sorely need.

Join us by calling your representatives and letting them know that you are a supporter of net neutrality. Join us by sending a letter to the FCC. Join us by letting Ajit Pai, and the men and women of the FCC, know how you feel.
