Timeline 5 ALMOST ready... (Patreon)

I had a report of a scene made with Timeline 4 that doesn't work with Timeline 5. In an effort not to break other scenes, I'll try and investigate it before updating the version on Hub.

In the meantime, here's the latest Timeline 5 version for every without fanfare! Actual, official announcement coming asap!

- Unpause when using the Play storables
- Improved reduce algorithm; better flat detection, better rounding, avoid high precision reduce eagerly stopping, support meaningful values of zero, decrease miniimum meaningful distance
