Timeline 3.0.6 (Patreon)

- Fix incorrect offset rotation in bulk offset mode
- Correctly show/hide curves when adding/removing targets, clips or layers
- Do not show the locked screen when opening in Edit mode
- Fix change curve popup too low and partially hidden
