This recording is intense and is a slave hypnosis recording that makes it so that your mind can not perceive the oxygen in your lungs even though you are breathing in and out when I use the trigger "Choked Out". It does not matter if you are breathing because you will not be able to feel like you are breathing. An additional suggestion is given to feel this trigger active automatically if you are listening to a breath play recording and you "cheat" and take a breath before you are allowed. You will be left in a very intense state where you are drifting at the edge of unconsciousness for roughly 10 minutes. It is ok not to want to listen to this recording.
