Gotta say, this has definitely helped me a lot. Looking back at before having listened to this, I couldn't even think the word of "you-know-what" without feeling anxious (Trying to avoid triggering anxiety for anyone that might read this comment). Having listened to this 5 times over the past month, I can now look at pictures of them and think about them without getting anxious. So I think it's safe to say it has worked for me. I'm still not fully phobia-free, but it's a lot more manageable. I have yet to encounter one physically, but I feel like I'll be fine if/when I do see one. I might even try to take a closer look at it (i know. crazy, right?). I hope anyone else with this issue also finds help from this recording, because it does help at least a little bit.
