This custom recording is Fiona’s version of the Do Not Fret, Little One, You’re Under My Care (Sleep Hypnosis & ASMR Fantasy) originally recorded by Ultra in 2020. In this recording the listener is about to undergo an unknown surgery in a hospital. However the listener is afraid and they run away from the doctors and nurses and hide in a room. In this room they are found by Fiona, a hypnotist and doctor who gently guides them into a trance and eventually sleep. The listener in this recording is referred to simply as "little one".
