OMG, what a great week. I felt so energized and happy. I worked out like crazy too. After edging I would go out and run 5 or 6 miles, hit the gym, or train just to release some of that pent up energy. Funny thing was, the first few days were the hardest. By day 7 I had achieved a sort of balance. I would build up my sexual energy and then try to release it in a different outlet. I was hard all day, and looking at everyone with lust (regardless of gender, I wanted to fuck everyone), but I didn't want to cum. I knew that once I came, it was over.
