This recording is a quick confusion induction that I came up with some time ago. I recommend listening to this recording while sitting in a stable chair. You should have some room to move your arms and let them safely drop to your sides or lap. This recording takes the listener into trance, gives the listener the hypnotic suggestion to return to trance when I snap my fingers and say sleep, and then wakes up the listener.
