This recording does not pressure the listener to stay in a non-functional relationship and it is not designed for people in non-monogamous relationships. The hypnosis portion of this file is very gentle and guides the listener into a meditative state where they can be honest with their feelings. This recording contains encouragement to seek attention from appropriate sources and focuses heavily on the emotional well being of the person having difficulties. This file promotes safe reflection upon these difficulties so that the listener can, if they want, make changes.
