This recording is a hypnotic fantasy where the listener is seeing a doctor to be treated for some insomnia they are experiencing. The doctor does a quick examination before proposing that hypnosis could be used to help the listener. The listener is taken into a deep trance and then led to a cozy room with a soothing pulsating light and various comfy places to rest and drift off into sleep if they so choose.
