As the poll ended in a tie, I chose one of the options at random. Manaphy has no gender and the user Evelynn did not specify it either, so I thought it would be good to do it male, because I think that milotic looks better if it's female. You will tell me if you like it or not.

Looks nice. And also on the subject of it having no gender... Well isn't manaphy one of the few legionaries that reproduces? Its possible its like a flower, its both.~

Also on that subject, I like to think Mew is Neither, but uses transform to choose one when it feels in the mood. But that's just how I view the pokemon, no need to subscribe to my view.

Yes, it's a good way to see it. I like to think that every legendary there is a male and female version, in the same way that you can have a legendary repeated in the games. And then each artist draws according to the genre that they likes the most.

Well to be fair, there are canonically many different pokemon universes. Soooo, it'd be easier for that to be true than to be false.
