Hello, everyone!

I'm so sorry to have been silent this first week of the month. I had the chance to go on an unexpected trip to Barcelona — one of my dream locations — so I jumped at the opportunity.

It was... incredible but, most importantly to you, it filled me with inspiration. After two particular nights where I watched a Flamenco show and a classical concert in the Palau de la Música Catalana, I went back to my Airbnb and wrote until three AM.

The sections where you can choose to dance with Alain and Ysabella are already written, as well as the scene of how you'll select what to wear once at the Theer's castle, the descriptions of the band of minstrels playing, the music, the mood, and the ballroom decorations.

And if Alain and Ysabella made my cheeks heat the slightest bit, that's a secret between me and a darkened room in Barcelona.

I was so close to Tarragona — all I had to do was take an intercity train — but I didn't have time to visit 😭. I'm heartbroken, but alas, it wasn't yet the time for me to step into it. Perhaps I need to finish the story in the city first to earn the privilege. 😄

I arrived back on Tuesday and spent Wednesday writing Chapter Three! I finished the third section of the chapter, which means there are two more left — I told you this would be a very big chapter. This next scene is relatively straightforward with different routes only in the end, but the last scene of the chapter is extremely complex because it depends on your relationship with not only Hadrian and Alessa now, but Lance and Rafael have been added to the roster.

What fun. Cannot wait.

The goal for the next week is to finish the fourth scene and start on the last!

That's it! I'm sorry, again, for the silence. Next week, I'll publish the bonus stories and all the other posts as usual. Christmas is coming, and I, for one, welcome it with open arms.

Always good to see family. It revitalizes the soul.

Have a great rest of the week! 🌹

Ugh I can’t WAIT for the ball chapter, as someone who absolutely loves partner dancing even just thinking about it makes me giddy. Having a solid connection with your partner truly blends away the background. So fun to hear that Barcelona gave you incredible motivation, I can’t wait to read what you come up with 💕💕
