Dev News Update (Patreon)

Hope all of you had a wonderful summer.
I believe some of you Patrons have started school and I hope that out of your busy study schedules, you'll take some needed break time to play some MLBS.
;)
I wanted to bring some good news to all of you. I was able to secure a programmer to help us develop the game for a fair price. His task is to help rewrite and optimize all our existing code to C++ as well as write any new additional code, moving forward. He will officially begin work next week, as there are some boring but important legal stuff I need to get sorted before he can start.
Also, although most of you don't mind the visual aesthetics of the game, there are some of you, like me, that would like to see the game look better. I thought it would be necessary to begin talks and look into revamping some of the graphical elements of the game. One of those elements is the player character. The same Artist that created the MLBS banner and logo is also a character artist and is working on some character designs. I will update everyone with pictures, in a few days.
I also took a week off for personal time but Slipcor has been helping with killing bugs during that time. However, for this month, I would like to focus mainly on bug fixing again and implementing the new code changes. So this months update may not be interesting.
A quote from the Father of Chemistry, Antoine Lavoisier,
"Nothing is lost. Nothing is created. Everything is transformed"
That's all for now.
