If you are talking about the mail carrier delivering mail using a mailbag, then nope! Back in 2018, the USPS stopped mail-to-door delivery to new addresses unless their neighbors were already receiving their mail in this manner. I looked on the net to see which cities still do this but could not find a concrete answer.
